How It Works

Companies seeking to enhance their talent pipeline and build connections within the engineering student community can subscribe to the ConnectEngi platform through an annual paid subscription. The platform is free for all university-enrolled engineering students.

Engineers and students can join voluntarily by signing up via a link provided by ConnectEngi. This link is shared by participating companies' HR departments/networks or university co-op offices. After creating an account, each engineer or student will complete a brief profile and answer a few questions, allowing the platform to understand their interests and availability.

ConnectEngi’s algorithm will then facilitate passive connections between engineers and students based on preferred meeting frequencies (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.) and availability. Each virtual meeting will last between 30-60 minutes.

Following each meeting, both the student and the engineer will complete a survey. The survey's content can be customized by companies to gather specific feedback and analytics.
